Here you can find all the important information about our shipping and returns policies. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make with us and we want you to be aware of all the important details about how we ship our products and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.

It is important that you read all the information presented here carefully before making a purchase, so that you can fully understand our processes and procedures. If you have any questions or need help, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping costs

To make your purchasing decision easier, we’ve created a table with shipping costs for different countries and regions. That way, you can easily check the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase. The table shows the shipping cost for each region and also the estimated delivery time. Please note that these shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the product, as well as the delivery region.

Portugal

The values shown in the tables above are for reference only. The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically by the system when you finalize your purchase.

Free Shipping Conditions

We offer free shipping for orders over €49.99 to our customers. Please note that this offer does not apply to orders from resellers. Also note that the free shipping offer is only valid for orders with a delivery address in mainland Portugal and the islands.

If the value of your order is more than €49.99 (excluding tax), shipping will be free. To take advantage of this offer, all you have to do is add the items you want to your cart and check that the order value reaches the minimum amount required.

Product returns

The return of any product due to withdrawal can only be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery, for purchases made through the online store.

In order for the purchase price to be refunded, the product must be sent in its original packaging, without any signs of tampering or use. The return must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and all the products contained in the order.

Exchange for another product

All shipping costs for returning and reshipping the product will be the responsibility of the customer, who must return the products properly packaged and with the original purchase invoice. The product must be sent to the company’s address. As soon as we confirm that the products have been received, we will exchange them and charge you for sending the new order.

Exchange for another defective product

In the case of exchange for defective products, the deadline for reporting the occurrence is up to 90 days from receipt of the order by the customer (from the date of delivery of the order), the customer must contact immediately after the finding via email (info@maxtitanium.eu) indicating the order number, the defective item and sending photos where the defect is visible. Do not dispose of the product.

The product will undergo a technical analysis to check for manufacturing defects.

If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.

If a defect is found, the customer may choose to return the amount paid, exchange the product or receive a discount coupon.

Refuse the order on delivery

The customer must check the order upon receipt. If any of the following problems are observed, the customer must immediately refuse to accept the order and state the reason for refusal:

  • Faulty or defective product;
  • Opened/broken or defective packaging;
  • Product not as ordered;
  • Missing an article.

Exchange deadline

Max Titanium has a period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product at our distribution center to verify that the request meets the requirements of the exchange and returns policy.

If we have the similar product in stock, we will automatically send another product to the customer.

If the product is out of stock, the customer will be offered the following options: exchange for another product, refund of the amount paid or a discount coupon for the corresponding amount.

Return of Amount Paid

Max Titanium will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase process.

  • In the case of purchases made by credit card, the card company will be notified by our payment gateway, and the refund will be made to the same credit card. The reimbursement period depends exclusively on the card company.
  • For purchases made by PayPal, the refund will be made to the same PayPal account, after receipt and analysis of the product(s) at our distribution center. Refunds will be made within 3 working days.
  • For purchases made by MB Way, the refund will be made to the same telephone number, after receipt and analysis of the product(s) at our distribution center. Refunds will be made within 3 working days.
  • For purchases made by Bank Transfer or Multibanco, the refund will be made by bank deposit, after receipt and analysis of the product(s) at our distribution center. The refund will be transferred within 5 working days.

If the details of the exchange or return of any returned product are not observed, such as it being out of date or lacking accompanying items or accessories, the exchange may not be successful.

Address error

In the event of an error on the part of the customer in the delivery address or the absence of information, a postal charge will be levied for the reshipment or the return of the amount to the customer.
