How to prepare

To prepare one serving, mix 40g (2 scoops) of the product in 150mL (1 glass) of your favorite drink (cold water, skim milk, etc.). In a dessert cup, add 35mL (3 tablespoons) of water to 40g (2 scoops/1 sachet) of TOP WHEY 3W + Flavor. Mix until smooth and… voila! Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
