100% Whey is a supplement based on whey protein concentrate (Whey Protein Concentrate), a high-tech raw material with high biological value, rapid digestibility and a high concentration of essential amino acids, which are important factors in helping muscle protein synthesis.

The consumption of protein supplements, combined with a healthy diet and physical activity, helps to build muscles and bones.

100% Whey provides 21g of protein, 4,686 mg of BCAAs and 10g of essential amino acids in 30g of product.

It is also a gluten-free protein, like all whey protein concentrates.

Recommendation for use

Use one to two portions a day, or as advised by a nutritionist or doctor.

How to prepare

To prepare one serving, mix 30g (2 scoops) of the product in 200mL (1 glass) of water or another drink of your choice (whole or skimmed milk, for example) using a blender or cocktail shaker.
